How Can I Help?

Variety holds many fund raisers throughout the year, and receives the proceeds from many more events held by individuals and companies on our behalf. All of the funds raised stay in Manitoba, to help Manitoba's kids. Variety relies on support from the community to continue our work on behalf of these children.

For example, Alex has raised $10,000 through his annual bike-a-thon in Winnipegosis, riding his specially adapted tricycle funded by Variety.

The Manitoba Pontiac Association holds special events such as car shows, and runs a parking lot for Bomber games, with proceeds coming to Variety.

The Manitoba Vending Machine Operators' Association donates a portion of the proceeds of all their licensed vending machines to Variety (more than $60,000 since 1995!)

Other events include fashion shows, casual dress Fridays, celebrity bartender nights, and more.
